Unholy PvP Q'sFollow

Ok, I'm looking to start doing some PvP soon, and I have a few questions on an Unholy PvP build. Currently I'm looking at a (20/0/51) build, for mostly BGs until I geared for arenas. Is it a good idea to drop wandering plague and unholy blight for rage of rivendare? Also is not having reaping a bad idea? I see myself using runetap, and pestilence usually, but would the extra death runes be better?

Also, I seem to have a problem when facing other DKs in PvP. Any suggestions on how to beat them? I usually work a IT, PS, DS, BS, BS, DS, DC, DC, combo, and usually by the time I've gotten to the DCs one of us is dead, and it usually seems to be me. Am I just being outgeared, or is there a glaring mistake in my usual rotaion against melees?

You need Reaping.

Outbreak is a terrible talent.

Wandering Plague is alright.

RoR is alright.

SS is your main ability in an Unholy build.

AMZ and Magic Suppression are both meh (AMZ more than MS).

There are no rotations in PvP.

I personally think Unholy Aura is a complete waste in PvP, as you should be in Unholy Presence anyway. 15% movement speed to your group when they should all already have movement speed buffs is wasteful.

And before anyone even starts, you're going to almost always (i.e. 99.99999999% of the time) be in Unholy Presence in PvP. 1s GCD is much, much better than 1.5s GCD.
