I am trying to get a macro that will cast SB and pop whatever trinket is not on CD i thought that this one would work but it does not pop the second trinket.

that should work, it's what I use and it does. The thing is there is a 15s cooldown on any trinket, so it won't pop both at once. It will pop one, then when the other is ready it will pop it, then pop the first one when it's ready again.
ok noob moment for me here my second trinket did not have a use on it. but if I keep hitting the button to cast my SB I get the cant use that yet when they are both on CD is there a way to get rid of that.
I've been having that same problem. A mage in my guild uses the exact same macro just with Frostbolt not Shadow Bolt and his works fine though. I'm not too sure what's going on there.
