I'm going to start doing some BG's and I was looking at specs. I think I'm gonna go arcane/fire. I was looking at the Glpyh of fireblast. Does I understand what stunned means, but incapcitated seems vague. Does that include players affliceted with "slow" of just frost nova or deep freeze?
