Rune Forge missing?Follow

I finally picked up a quest reward weapon upon landing in Northrend worth replacing my 2-hander from our training area, and proceeded to Ebon Hold to get it rune-forged. AFter, like, 7 or 8 trips around every nook and cranny of Ebon Hold, I could not locate a single rune-forge. I haven't needed to use one since I was level 58, so I thought my memory was bad, so after a few more trips around, I gave up and came her to ask the gurus here.

Anyone know where the rune-forge for us Death knights is located now? Am I right in that, like our class trainers, the rune forge is only located in Ebon Hold? If so, what is it's exact location? I there a corridor to another level I'm missing?

Thank you for the response! I knew there was another level, but since it had been 10 levels since I even needed to do anything there other than train after leveling, I had forgotten how to get there.
