Wow gz Toxy, 18k on Twins :)

My record is 15,5k on Twins, but did not do them for a while.

I usually do 8-9.5k on beasts but i changed my spec slightly this week and put in 2 macros to keep me from cropping any missiles. Cropping missiles has been a problem for me especially when black magic procs and i get close to 1200 haste.

/cast [nochanneling:Arcane Missiles] Arcane Blast

I put these 2 in for my normal AB and AM buttons and they will not allow the next cast to start if missiles are currently channeling. Helped a lot.

Also I will be getting 4th tier pc tonight hopefully I can boost these numbers some more.

Yeah sorry i meant clipping not cropping. If your game latency is better than human reaction time the macro is better to prevent occasional clipping. Bad latency reduces the usefulness of the macro but you have to take into effect how often you clip once you get high amounts of haste. I know for me it seemed to be a huge dps increase. That was the first night trying it so will keep an eye on it for the next couple raids.

The red zone is sometimes accurate, but I have definitely gone through casting into the red and ended up with only 4 missiles being casted instead of 5. I'm trying out the macro right now actually to see. I found that my dps went down by a little bit, but that is only over a handful of fights.

Theoretically the exact point where the red line starts would be your start casting time, anytime you hit beyond that is time between casts. If trying to maximize dps you are either going to clip the last missle or have dead milliseconds between casts
just due to human error or reaction time. It gets much harder when all 5 missiles are going off in 1.5-1.8 seconds, and you are trying to watch other things on your screen besides cast bar like big wigs bars, threat meters, and proximity meters.
In my case this is also in addition to raidleading. I rarely didnt clip missiles when under cds, and know that im losing cast time if im not clipping.
