Your tank should have an IW type skill. If that is you then 3/3, otherwise none are required.

At 2500 attack power, it ticks for 500 damage. Combine it with Rip and you've got a bleed DoT that ticks for 1000 damage. Not bad.

Please "talk up" if your comprehension white-shifts. I will use simple-happy language-words to help you understand.
Yeah, I started using it the other night to get in the habit...holy 875 bleed ticks batman. Stuff was dying before I could get a finisher off.
And I just want to thank Horsemouth again for the macros idea (not that he's the first but his mention really got me looking at how to rearrange for space), I added a few that combine stealth/nostealth options for various purposes (Pounce/Maim, Ravage/Shred) and now have recovered enough space to accommodate Berserk and SR on my cat bar (when I level into them) :D
