I might go with something like this instead.

Picked up
Tactical Mastery (stance changes are more common in PVP - Hamstring, Intervene especially)
Impale (since we were close to it anyway)
Safeguard + Glyph of Intervene (for helping out a team member who is being focused)
Damage Shield (for Rogues)

Lost
Improved Bloodrage
Some points in Anticipation and Toughness
Puncture
Vigilance
One point in Iron Will

I will be running twos with a DK, because we will both be in melee range, i probably wont be intervening much, so i think vigilance is a better option for me. Also, i have been rage starved as prot in pvp, so im gonna try the improved bloodrage to get me jump started early in the match. I lso probably wont be stance dancing if i can help it much, so tactical mastery, for now, is not needed.

I guess well have a better picture in the coming weeks as to what the best spec is, unfortunately, i havnt found much info elsewhere on it.

I'm not sure what else you warriors have, but the glyph of sunder seems a little useless to me? Unless you face two melee classes your enemies shouldn't often be within melee range of eachother, or am I mistaken?

Unfortunately, we dont have a whole lot of options as prot, I am just using the majors more as a raiding thing. Once dual specs come, ill probably be able to maybe change it up a little like Last stand, devastate, and blocking probably, or maybe hamstring.

Tried a few arenas, but not as my pvp spec, as my pve prot spec. Lost them all, but not terribly bad. My Dk was also tank speccd, so i think once we respec this weekend it should go alot better. Was able to kill one each time before we lost. We also got the sewers arena twice, which i had never seen, and i got hung up on a few things lol.

I like 12/8/51 as a spec for arena PvP...

This is one of the better build in my opinion. This build will let you get more rage every time you charge, which you probably will do. Safeguard points can be used elsewhere, depending on your team.

It's also possible to do this. That build will also give you more rage in Unbridled wrath and give you Piercing Howl, which may be vital. The thing about prot PvP, which I consider one of the biggest problems, is that you don't have Hamstring in Def Stance. Using Hamstring you will have to be in Battle or Berzerker Stance, which means lower survivability. Stance Dancing is pretty much required!
