I am currently level 59 and am working up my build to 80 I am all fire at this point.

I use dragon breath a lot and blast wave on occasion
what should I shoot for for spell power,haste,crit ect. what are the flaws of my build

you didn't really give any info as to what you plan on doing with it and what you will be using. you said mostly soloing, which pretty much anything works for that, pvp occasionally, and then raiding at 80. Is this supposed to be a raiding build, a soloing build, or a pvp build? my answer will change depending on what you say/reply with. and can you please put it into a talent calculator it is 10x easier to read/critique/change.

Assuming that it is for raiding you want

hit > dmg > crit > haste for fire/frostfire. these numbers constantly change, which is why I recommend the TC tool Rawr (link in sig).
