In fact, pre-heroic, I'd prefer it to haste since the other stats at that gear level don't support the int/crit synergy you get from raid-equivalent gear.

There is plenty of SP/crit gear pre-heroic. There is no reason to have a lot of MP5.

As for the judgement macro above - do people actually "target" other players while healing? I'm just curious as to other people's playstyes. I use Grid, so I'm never actually "targeting" other players. The mobs, or boss are always my targets. I thought most healers used some kind of add-on...but I could be mistaken :) Just curious if I'm missing something in my playstyle. Thanks.

I use GRID also, with Clique. But sometimes I'll target the person I put Bacon on so I can see how much longer I have before it runs. I don't know if there's a better way to keep track of it, but if there is I'd love to hear it.

I just downloaded Grid, but I still just use it to target people to heal... I love how it shows who's in heal range, and that I can move the window to anywhere I want, but that's about all I get out of it.

Hi, I'm Ehcks, and I'm a clicker?

I also press F, cast Judgement on on the tank's target, and then press F to get back to the tank.

Spellreminder will bring up a warning when any spell effect drops off the target (it also has timer bars, but they're hard to read in battle). I find this really useful for Bacon and Sacred Shield. I also find it really annoying for every other spell effect, so I turned those off (peeve - individually, spell by spell).

I focus the tank, and target the mob I'm judging (usually the tank's target). I currently have to switch to target a friendly for Sacred Shield because I'm out of mouse buttons to Clique and haven't got a mouseover macro entered yet.

I'm not using Add-Ons atm because my SLI Quad-Core rig is in the shop and my old laptop can barely handle WoW without Add-Ons running =(
