Alright, so just now I'm in a Drak'Tharon keep run with another priest. I'm discipline specced and have Divine Aegis and no Surge of Light, he's holy specced and has that vice versa.
Throughout the two earlier An'kahet runs, I had the feeling he was somehow proccing my Divine Aegis of hÃs heals. Just now, during the fight with Novos the lich, this entwinement was proven when I somehow got a Surge of Light buff. I didn't screenshot it, though I should have.
I've paged a GM and am waiting for an answer right now. Thought I'd share this funny bug with you. I'll update the thread once I get an answer.

I have a feeling surge of light is bugged somehow. One of our priests specced out of it the other day and still managed to somehow get surge procs. Very odd.
Alright, I've got mail by Blizzard stating everything is working as intended. How blind can they be from time to time? Honestly, I don't mind getting other priests' procs but without the dual-spec system implemented there is absolutely no explanation for me proccing Surge of Light while being fully disc specced.
It usually happens with crits from PoM. I do get SoL from those, but i might think that it is bugged when it crits on another priest, and make him receive SoL instead of me.
