The only thing I can think of is this leg armor, if you are a LW. You won't be able to get that much from enchants alone.

Trollwoven Spaulders , Durable Nerubhide Cape , Bindings of the Tunneler , new non-cloth feet , Essence of Gossamer .

5 gear slots that could be upgraded that should give you most of that Stamina plus some other goodies.

when i said neck it was just cause it was only item i looked at real fast as break was ending. but his 29 sta badge 75 figured the dodge and deff would be close to the dodge you get from agi on his. lw gets a 90 sta to wrist and can do 18 sta armor kits instead of buying them from ah wich aint bad at all.
