Serrated Blades - combat specFollow

So apparently shadowpanther.net has many builds that contain serrated blades.
Is this really worth getting over lethality and ruthelessnes?
You are essentially taking 3 points in something not giving any dps boost (camo), 2 points in a very conditional set of abilities (opportunity), and serrated blades (which i think is only good on low armor targets).

Why are people posting this? I'm just curious, any feedback would be appreciated.

I didn't realize they changed ArP and normalized it to % reduction. Thanks Theo.

The opposite is true, IIRC. Serrated Blades (though they haven't changed the tooltip) gives armor pen rating, not pure armor pen like in TBC.

Ergo it's better on higher armor targets.

Note: My conclusions about Serrated Blades come from playing post-3.0 as a sub spec and a mut/sub spec in PvP.

Considering how much damage we lose to armor, negating it any shape of form is more than handy.
