Is Redout broken?Follow

i just put my first point into redout but my %chance to block didn't go up at all like it does when holy shield is up. when it procs redout will increase %chance to block but from reading its description it sounds like it should increase the base chance to block and not just when it procs. am i wrong or am i just missing something?

Redoubt passively increases block value, not block chance. This is the amount blocked, not how often you block. The proc buff increases chance to block.

Block Value = How much you block

Working as intended.
