You can move the points around as you see fit. Me I'm pure pve until 80. Just wanted your take on this before speccing it. Thanks

Fist/Sword is inferior to Fist/Dagger.

I'll only add that off-hand swords are tougher to come across than off-hand daggers and those 4 points can go better places (Imp. Sprint and Endurance anyone?).
Also Souliken, "PvE" usually is taken to mean raiding. If you mean soloing then it might be better to say.. um... "soloing." ;) I only bring it up because the build would be different between the two.

Nowadays you can get Paper cutter OH and it is almost as good as best in slot 25 naxx weapon. In my server avg is around 100 gold for one. The remaining problem is getting a fist.
Sorry therion ><. Learn something new everyday. Yes I put that build there for soloing. If Fist/Dagger is better. I'll stick with that. Why I brought it here to have you all check it. Fist/Dagger isn't of necessity "better" than Swords. I found that whatever weapon upgrade I scored decided which of the 2 combat flavors I spec'd to. Which was awesome when my regular kara tank laughed when I showed up with s1 fists only to trounce the meters on every boss fight with a solid margin. Shut him up quick! ;)
But seriously, if you grab some great swords, spec that way. Just nabbed a super-awesome fist? Respec inc!
