Forstfire bolt or Frost bolt :: Free Realms

I have been leveling slowly, so I just was able to purchase frostfire bolt the other day. My question is as a deep frost spec what do you use as your main spell? Looking at the 2 at cap rank they look like they even out (FB / FFB).

When I hit 76 I switched to FFB to level. I should have stayed with frostbolt I think because of the benefits that it gets from the frost tree while ffb doesn't gain as much until your gear improves by a good amount (need a lot of crit and spelldamage, etc).

Consider that frostbolt is a 2.5s cast by talents and I'd lean towards frostbolt, personally. Especially for leveling, though my gut is telling me that I'd lean that way at level cap too. I know that FFB gains from ignite, but I'm hesitant to believe that it scales as well in a frost spec as your regular frostbolts do(consider Empowered Frostbolt vs Empower Fire).
