What gives more dps on a rogue in pve? Can never decide which one to choose, I have two epics wrist gear. Both of them has the same amount of ap, but the other 1 has haste and the other has crit. Muti specc rogue btw.
For Mutilate I would go for crit rating unless there is a good amount more haste rating on the opposing piece.
For Combat I would do vice versa.

Haste is a tertiary stat for either spec really. Nice, but not vital.

With the papercutter and slice 'n dice up, meteoric whettstone proc, and popping my hyperspeed accelerators on my gloves, I can get my OH speed to something like 0.6 for 8 seconds. That's quite fast.
