I am a level 35ish Beastmaster Hunter and I was wondering what is the most important stats to boost when purchasing equipment.
I currently have most of my items as **** of the Monkey. I have more HP than some warriors 5 levels higher than me.
I use a Turtle as my pet.
Should I be using Monkey items to boost me and my pets stamina and crit rates or Bear items to boost me and my pets melee attacks?
Basically, what stats are most important to boost?
Thanks
Ebany

Personally, I'd go Agi>Int>Stam while leveling. Some people would reverse int and stam until you get careful aim. Until you get to OL though, Agi is going to be your bread and butter.

Edit: That would be Monkey and Falcon

To the OP , i see you said you buy from the auction house , it is not really needed but if you do only buy if it is cheap and a very good upgrade , i only go for agility upgrades and whatever else i get is a bonus , on my main server all the decent upgrades are usually very expensive and most times are around 30g+ so my lower hunters have some armour sometimes 15 levels below them , but i always try to get a decent bow/gun/crossbow as we are ranged dps so i believe in hitting as hard as possible no matter what armour i have on.

You can if you wanted level with only quested items right to level 80 and without buying anything, and would have enough gold as you level to buy all your mounts and only visit the auction house to sell what drops you have found , although i do buy armour and weapons if they are cheap to make it a little easier , its your choice but something to think about.

As an example my first hunter brought and made a lot of stuff between 50-60 and as soon as i went to outland replaced almost everything with either quest rewards or drops on my first day there , i am finding the new area is almost the same but have not done much exploring or questing there yet so i am guessing much of my rubbish gear will be replaced very soon.

I am on a near empty server so although there isnt much for sale in the AH, what is there is cheap. I can buy the best armour in the AH for my level at about 50silver each.
The only problem is selling my own things. Tried to sell the Kaleidoscope Necklace which this site says is worth 100g, I put it on the AH at 50g and didnt get a response. I now need to just hold onto Blues until the server picks up a bit I think.

To the OP , my extra tip is get the Auctioneer Suite addon , once you have scanned the auction house a few times it will give you a realistic price that things can sell at , and lucky you in some ways that you can buy cheap but then again its not as easy to make gold that way either.
