Yesterday, I dinged 78 so I thought it was time to get my rep bow from the Horde Expedition.
I sold all my bullets and equipped the quiver, filled it with arrows and even threw on a +15 damage scope.
I saw my dps drop sigificantly, which baffled me.
But the biggest huh?-moment came when I tried to attack something, it said ''ammo needs to be equipped first''
I just couldn't understand. So I double-triple-quadruple chaecked my ammo/quiver etc..., logged off and on and still...
So I thought to look it up on the internet and there it was, the funniest bug i've seen yet...

Apparently you need to equip bullets for this bow
???
And it still has the arrows pew-pew sequence, but you're shooting bullets :-)
How do you like them apples? :-p

well considering how smooth Day 1 went with the expansion, I guess Blizz deserves a pass...

I think that it's funny how one of the guys in the wowhead comments said that he had Blizzard refund the item. The engineering bullets are cheaper than the arrows. Why complain? Granted, by time you're into anything that would warrent the use of such expensive ammo, you should have a better weapon.

But that's funny. It even sounds like a bow and everything?

Yes it even sounds like a bow, and you can see it shooting arrows, while I have an ammopouch and bullets equipped !!
Yesterday I wasn't paying much attention and I bought arrows again!
This can turn out to be an expensive joke!
Vendoring arrows at 6s when they cost 27s...
