I just got the Deathchill cloak and cant decide which way to go.
To maximise dps do I do the Lightweave embroidery on it, I'am a tailor, or enchant it with the +23 Haste enchant?
I dont want to make the wrong decision as its to bloody hard to get.
Also I'am looking at the Titanium Spellshock ring, is it worth the gold to have one made until I hit Naxx and upgrade it?

I'd say go with the Lightweave. It is tailored for... well... tailors and it's sort of the boost for getting your skill up that high. This is somewhat of a PVP embroider though. It has been shown to go off at nearly 50%, but with an internal cooldown of 45 Seconds which means you'll see this at the beginging of every fight, but it wont come into play much on fights lasting 30-45 seconds.
Sure its only +24 DPS if your locked in long battles, but for cleaning up trash or dealing with pesky PVPers, the extra damage burst will be clearly noticable.
As for the ring, definatly grab yourself one. Especially if you have a JC friend, or hell can even trade something out of your Tailoring stuff. The ring apparently isn't that hard to make (I dont have a JC so I dont know) but the Frozen Orb is definatly the hardest piece to get and if you can supply the materials I'm sure someone will hook you up.

haste is a bigger dps increase than any of the crappy embroideries because of their 45second internal cooldowns.
And the hardest thing to get are the Dragon's eyes, they come from rare/random drop greens in the world or from the JC daily, I think they go for more than Frozen Orbs (about 80g on my server).

And I finally have the ring. Next is the necklace after I recover from getting engineering to 441. I actually show helm now because the goggles look better than 90% of the mage helms out there.
5 days til I have the dragonseyes I need for the ring(one thing I need to buy first). I just got the cloak made(Greater haste). Both are worth it, IMO, unless you're already farming Naxx 25.
