I've really been contemplating trying out a Boomkin/Boomkin 2v2 team or perhaps a Boomkin/Dreamstate team.

Now I have honestly no clue if this would work by any means but I've talked with a few friends who were 4/5 s4 arena players and after the patch dropped they all said the scariest thing they had run up against was a dual boomkin team.

Imagine this...

Two starfalls dropped simultaneously, six treants, two typhoons for a quick burst, IS/MF/ER all glyphed.

Could anything really survive a barrage of damage that intense?

Some of the few things I could possibly think of going wrong would be if you ran into a smart heal/dps 2v2 who could outlast the damage. But to combat this I figured you could easily just cyclone the dps or healer and burst down the other class as fast as possible.

The possibilities of this dual dps build seems entirely out of this world.

I've thought of this as well, but with a 3v3 team. Same thing, but with 3 starfalls, 9 treants and moonfire spam...

For 3s I was thinking something more along the lines of ench shammy, frost mage, boomkin. tree + wolf + clone + elemental = pain

I've been dying to try that! I believe you stand more of a chance with this setup in 2v2 than in 3v3. When the opposing team has 2 healers it will be much harder.
At the moment I'm still trying to figure out a good specc for it. Any ideas?
