So protection pallies out there, what kinda unbuffed health level are most of you at? I have 540 defense, all blues and couple epics already (at level 80 if you was wondering)
Im setting right at 22k health, I have seen several warriors with roughly same gear, setting over 28k. 6k is alot, but from what i have seen so far, The badge and tier gear's defense is lower, so we are going to have to gem and enchant for defense. I am wearing mostly the BS crafted items. I know a few items can be updated, my weapon and my neck piece.
Just wondering what everybody else is seeing so far.

I haven't been 80 very long, not defense capped yet, and only 1 epic (the BS crafted shield), but still I'm sitting at 20.4k. I've also still got a few pre-Wrath pieces, so I need to replace those soon :)
been 80 for four days now, and I'm sitting on 563def and 24.2k hp and still improving my gear very fast ;) (7epix so far)
Depending on what gear I wear I have anywhere from 540 exactly to about 560 Defense Skill. And then anywhere from about 26k to 29k unbuffed HP. My main set is 541 Defense, 28.5k HP and JUST shy of being Block Capped (102.4% combined block, dodge, parry, miss).
The main competition for the 10 man tier gear (and badge belt) is the Icebane Chestguard/Girdle and Tempered Titansteel gear. The Titansteels have more Defense and Stamina with no gems and the Icebane have TONS of Stamina, lots of gems, but no Defense at all pre-gem. There's really no trouble reaching 540 with Tier gear (even 10 man) unless maybe you're relying heavily on a couple of the Blues that have incredibly high Defense Ratings on them, in which case it's really just a matter of balancing out the sub-par pieces elsewhere.
