How much weapon damage is needed to make to compensate for the reduced damages from diseases?

The glyph makes Oblit flat-out better. There's no point at which not having the glyph is better than having it.

i think for the OP, a better question is "When is oblit > HB on single targets"
And really my only answer to that is test it and find out.

Uh, no.

The glyph of Oblit reduces the damage you get from the disease bonus, but increases the weapon damage contribution.

He was asking when is the amount of damage gain from the glyph worth equipping the glyph.

The answer is always.

HB is never better than Oblit unless you're a DW spec, BTW.
