What is the best rogue weapon enchant right now for wotlk ?
For pvp and for pve ? Is mongoose still the best enchant ?

If you're doing strictly PVE i think Berserker is the best but im not 100% sure. For PVP i think its still mongoose.

PvE = Berserker, its like a super Mongoose.

PvP = I have no clue

I don't know that I would call Berserker "super mongoose" since they're actually kinda close. But Yeah, Berseker comes out ahead.

Mongoose in practice, unless you can afford spending around 2k gold on bers.
