i was looking on forums after forums and i came up to this Mutilate build for PvP.

We don't know what type of build this is. Assuming leveling or PVP, it's decent, but there are some talents that you would want to optimize. If it's a raiding build, it's fairly bad.
Regardless of what you're using it for, you want to pick up the Focused Attacks talent for a Mutilate build.
What are you using this build for? Are you on a PVP server? PVE server? Are you looking to raid? Are you looking to do BGs? Arenas?

That. It's basically a somewhat sub-par version from the PvP Mut/Prep build as it is.
