I am lvl 36 Retr Pally. I am not sure what is the most successful sequence to use for PVE in combat. Could someone share the combat sequence they use?

Sorry, wanted to clarify the original question. What I am trying to find out is the best rotation for spells to use when I am in combat for a PVE player.

Solo Questing:
To start off, I have Seal of Command on and Blessing of Wisdom as my blessing.
On a single mob, I start with repentance (assuming I can, otherwise I use Hammer of Justice), then quickly follow with Judgement of Wisdom. Replenishment and Crit. Then I use crusader strike, followed by Divine Wrath to replenish my health. By this time the mob should be about two-thirds dead. An auto-attack and a Hammer of Wrath for the kill.
With this you can solo indefinitely. I grinded all of Nagrand at 65, finishing every one of the "Hills of White Elekk" quests without ever having to eat or drink, because of the Art of War FoL proc and the mana replenishments from crits.
PvP:
SoC and BoM
Start with Hammer of Justice (or repentance, I'm still playing around with which stun to open with. For the sake of simplicity I'll just explain HoJ). If it's Hammer of Wrath, I'll consecrate while they're stuck there, use JoL or JoJ (the latter being for a caster/hunter or the like). Crit, replenishment, FoL proc for the next 15 seconds. A quick Crusader Strike and Divine Storm. Then an auto-attack and they're unstunned. If they're intelligent they'll hop off my holy ground, and I can repentance them. I've probably taken some damage now, so I'll use my instant Flash of Light, and as a Draenei, I use my racial heal at this time (If I have it). Another Judgement, Crusader Strike, Divine Storm, Hammer of Wrath and they're done.
As far as instances/raids:
No clue. I haven't done enough as Ret to justify me submitting any advice.
WOOOT! FIRST POST! Haha hope I helped :p

Start with a jusgement from range while running in, since that will apply extra crit chance from the Heart of the Crusader talent, and judgements are high damage anyway.

You'll be using Seal of Command while leveling with a slow high-damage 2 handed weapon. If you start with hammer of justice, it will auto-crit for huge damage. If you want to fight more defensively (against higher level mobs, or a single tough elite mob) save hammer of justice for getting an uninterrupted holy light off, or interruption a damaging spell cast.

Judgement of light is more defensive, giving back health over longer, tougher fights. Judgement of wisdom is good for grinding through weaker opponents. The mana return will keep you going longer, and you can bless might instead of wisdom for the more efficient damage.

Judgement of Justice....good if you're fighting in crowded conditions and you know the mob will try to run for help. Comedy application: use it on an enemy faction mounted player, and see how long it takes them to realise they can't escape!

Always open with a judgment for the extra crit chance. In PvP, you preclude this with repentance or HoJ to immobilise the player and guarantee a judgment crit. The guaranteed crit will also put an Art of War heal in your pocket for use a little later in the fight. It's best to use repentance because of its long range, and also because it can force the other player to waste their trinket on the weaker incapacitate rather than the stun. Don't do this when soloing, where you keep those two abilities ready for buying time to heal.

For raids, use whatever judgment the other paladins aren't using so that you don't overwrite each other's buffs; in PvP always use Justice. The best blessing is currently imp. Might for almost everything. At level 36 you don't have CS or DS, so you basically just open with JoL and auto-attack.

Run with BoM, not BoW. If you're using judgement of wisdom, you shouldn't be having mana problems.
