I was playing around with a Blood Build, and seen the hysteria talent. This is very tempting to get, but can you use it on yourself?
Yes, that's the main use. I personally dislike it for leveling, as the whole point of soloing is not losing health. I personally take (and you can check my armory to look at my build) Mark of Blood instead of Hysteria.
For raiding, I'd take Hysteria instead of Mark of Blood, though.
