Says "H O W costs 10 less runic power".
The spell itself only costs 10 runic power. It seems as if this spell shouldn't take any runic power with this glyph, but it does. Is this a bug or am I missing something?

Aha. Ok so using the glyph changed the description on the spell itself. I didn't realize it would do that.

All tooltips are automaticly adjusted when it comes to costs and durations, just so you know
