I've been enhance the whole time I've leveled my Shaman and Dual Wield with Earthliving Weapon seems to help when I've been called upon to heal, at least I think it has. So I was just messing around seeing if I could get Dual Wield while really focusing on Resto. I realize hybrids usually suck but would the double earthliving make up for that. Any response would be appreciated here's the build

It's an interesting idea, I must admit I've thought about it a few times myself but honestly don't think it's viable.
Firstly I am not aware of any really good spell damage offhands. And honestly I just think too many of the enhancement talents are wasted. A couple of the lower ones are nice like Imp shields and elemental weapons but too many of them are just useless.
You would be far better speccing deeper down Resto, if you really want a hybrid healing/dps build go into Elemental.
