Hello fellow rogue players and onlookers of this new topic.

I'm here to introduce myself.

My name is Robert and I am 17 years of age.

I started playing World of Warcraft on the 25th of December 2005 (specifically Rogue), I enjoyed my time with it. After a while of playing, issues more important got in the way so my playing was at a halt for a certain amount of time. After that time had passed I started playing again and leveled to 70 after the-BC had arrived. I've yet to buy WoTLK but I shall very soon.

I thought I should introduce myself seeing as I've been reading from these Rogue forums for a while now (at least a year) but had never made an account on Allakhazam. I now have and I'm looking forward to talking to all of you rogue lovers, especially the more experienced and knowledgeable rogues - Theo, Therion, Nooble, etc. Whether it be on here or in-game.

That being said. How are we all today?

Hijack!

Is anybody else completely disgusted by the amount of leather it takes to level Leatherworking? Six borean leather for one heavy, and I'm still seeing a lot of scraps. After 400, the amount of farming for a few skill points is retarded. If the emboss patterns and epics weren't so damn hot, I'd drop this tradeskill like LeBron drops buckets.

That makes me anxious ... I already am having an issue with the amount of cloth needed to level Tailoring on my mage (even with the extra gathering potential given to tailors) ... ok, it may have something to do with trying to level First Aid as well, but if leatherworking is the same ... *sigh* ... oh well, best get skinning then, huh ?

Sif hijack it. :(

But in all seriousness, how bad is it? (Leatherworking I mean).

It appears possibly that mob killing and profession leveling have switched in Wrath?
I've read that the mobs are getting torn through and of course this post here, you saying it's retarded lol.

Whereas I remember it being the opposite (for me at least) once BC came out.

At around 410ish+ in LW you start needing to use absurd amounts of leather to level it. It makes me cry on the inside.

Greetings people in internet land, reading this topic I've started!

Ignore my akwardness, as I am new to typing words on computers with buttons that have the letters on them.

No engineering makes Trolls happy.

Welcome by the way. Read the sticky, ignore Theo's rudeness, remain polite, and downrate me. Stick to those rules and you'll get along with everybody here just fine.

Heh, I've noticed Theo is only rude if something stupid or not thought through has been said.

But anywho, thanks for the welcome.

P.s. Even if I knew how to downrate I wouldn't for no reason.
