Now that I'll be enhance again....Follow

Replying to another thread here has reminded me that my knowledge of enhance is largely pre-patch. My resto shammy was my raid toon but has been hibernating in Shatt while I get my druid to 80 (my guild doesn't need healers right now). Now that he's soaked up rested status I plan to bust him out over the long holiday weekend, respecced enhance for leveling.

If I raid enhance I'd get pts into enhancing totems, natch. And I already have resto puzzled out for 80.

Thoughts? Is maelstrom weapon that good (in my enhance days I never had to heal under the gun or used CL while grinding)? Does lightning shield still blow (which is why I haven't bothered with picking up those talents)?
