It removes and makes you immune to every debuff and ability a player character can use.. it's the entire point of the spell.

Bubble will clear you of everything. No PVP action can hurt you when you are bubbled and any DOT or other effects on you at the time will be wiped clean.

It even somewhat hilariously clears you of the prisoner execution timers in new strat and heroic shattered halls.
I know you said every PvP power, but there is still one I want to ask about. If the Paly has unstable affliction on themselves, does using the bubble to remove it cause the silence/damage to the paladin?
No. Since the damage and the silence come after the spell is removed, and the spell is removed by divine shield. Thus the damage and the silence would hit you while divine shield is active. Thus protecting you.

The only thing a character can do to you in a bubble is Mass Dispel it off.
While you are in the bubble, you will still hurt yourself with Seal of Blood/Martyr.
Damage from Gruul's Shatter will still hit you. Doom Lord Kazzak can cast his mark on you even if you are already bubbled. That seasonal boss in Karazhan summons orbs that can and will still kill you in your bubble. I'm sure there's more..

you missed the most OP ability in the game: Cyclone. you can bubble to avoid it but you cant bubble out of it. /gg Healadins.
