got my new rank of Consicrate, rated at some 1.1-1.2k damage and with 700+ SD i expected great things. however when i use consicrate now, it tics for around 10 damage a second . .
my Ret aura does more damage then my consicrate now . . . now that i think about it i should check the combat log to double check. Blizz's floating combat text may be broken.

I was on an hour ago and my Consecrate was working just fine. 10 damage per second? Ouch!
Sounds like rank 1 damage... With your 2k ap and 600 sp in your current armory gear that should be about 240 dps for max rank consecrate.

AND it costs more mana than max rank! i learned this a few weeks ago in BGs. no more Rogue-tripping for me.
Yeah rank 1 doesn't receive benefit from benediction apparently:(

thats not it, lower ranks of most/all spells where intentionally made more expensive.
