I think your gear selection is ok. There are no big mistakes.
The only thing I noticed is that you have gemmed for haste rating which really is a waste. Gem for hit / agi / ap or crit. While leveling it is more than ok to chose rather cheap gems (a few gold in the AH), but using some gems makes you kill stuff faster which is always good.
If you know an enchanter you might get some super cheap enchants on some items. If not, don't mind, you'll replace all your gear once you are 80, so don't spend to much on enchants while leveling.
Talents are ok, but you might want some different points for more damage output. You usually want to spend 3/3 points in careful aim since that boosts your attack power and mortal shots is not a very good talent anymore (since the 30% crit damage bonus only counts on special attacks, not on autoshot damage, which reduces the usefulness of this talent, especially if you have a rather low crit rate). You currently have 18% crit and at level 80 you will start with around 15% crit.
You currently have 1/3 in careful aim. By shifting 2 points from mortal shots into careful aim you can get 192attack power for free (and even more if you get better gear or if you have mark of the wild, arcane intellect and blessing of kings buffs).
The BM points may be reassigned a bit for more damage, but the key talents are there, so it is ok for leveling.
As for glyphs I'd look in the AH for glyph of steadyshot and glyph of bestial wrath. Buy them if they are cheap. They are really worth it.
While the steadyshot glyph will push your damage in boss fights, the bestial wrath glyph will be good in all situations including leveling.
