Torn between 2 buildsFollow

So I just saw this build in some random rogue's armory: 7/51/13.

Now I know from the sticky that the recommended PvE build is 15/51/5.

Thing is that Serrated Blades looks kinda tempting to me, aswell as Camouflage.

So my question is, would the first build I linked still be viable for soloing and 5 mans and all that stuff you do at 80? Or is it substantially worse? I just don't know if Lethality or Ruthlessness are really such a big loss. Or am I missing something important here?

Yes I know we are supposed to use it, I just dreaded it so far. >.>

I thought there might be a general logic behind it or something, but I guess I'll have to finally start using the sheet. Thanks.
