As I've gained levels, I have taken the Judgements of the Just talent. I have noticed however that no debuff appears on my target (like Thunderclap has). Does anyone know for sure if that's just how this talent works? Or is this talent bugged in some way?

I'm not good with the whole testing of mechanics thing, so I'm not sure whether my targets have indeed been attacking slower or not, I just know that there is no visual representation. Thanks for any response :)

Very simple: get a friend, duel him, use a judgment and then get him to check his attack speed.

The debuff is most likely included in the judgment debuff.

The slow debuff is a part of the judgment debuff. That makes it very annoying when another paladin judges the same thing.

I often get stuck judging Justice just to make sure it sticks.

the debuff is hidden in the same way Heart of the Crusader is. it looks like different versions of the judgements cant be stacked anymore(Ret aura can still).

a Prot and a Ret in the same run need to communicate what they will apply...Prot give reduced attack speed, Ret gives raidwide crit. both are pretty valuable and suck to be overwritten.

as Ret, in my solo rotation, i use SoM and JoL. it takes a blip of thought to use JoW or JoJ(garbage) instead.

I asked myself the exact same question when I started using it too. I took a couple of single-mob pulls so it would be easy to tell the difference, and the attack speed reduction definitly worked.

Thanks :) Glad to know it is indeed working correctly. I hadn't even thought about trying a duel. Mostly I thinking dueling is a waste of time, but I guess it has its uses after all, lol.

I really do hope Blizzard fixes the judgment overwrite, because I judge Light just out of habit, regardless of whether I'm tanking or DPSing. If I was in a group with myself I'd be very annoyed at me.
