Overall I feel I am doing pretty well as a tank however there is one thing that still bothers me.

Suppose I have several mobs on me and I lose threat on one target. At the moment what I would do is click on that target and taunt him back then lay a shield slam on him. But this sometimes doesn't work so well. If one of the mobs is quite large it makes it difficult to click on the loose target. Now I could try tab targeting the mob but if there are numerous adds this becomes difficult as well.

Is there a way I can easily target the loose add and pull him back?

If you turn Mob nameplates on you can easily click the nameplate of the mob running away. Default 'V' key

A>Only if the target is not the skull:

1.Panic button:shockwave
2.Panic Button :taunt all mobs( i dont remember its name)
3.Let him loose to try reach dps. If the dps is good it will either trap him, slow him, stun him, freeze him,pet tank him. Expect the worst though that none of the above will happen. As soon as the mob is within charge range ,Charge, taunt, dps him.If all goes well the other pack of mobs will follow y.Swich to skull target. If the pack of mobs had a caster then he will probably not follow you ,but will stay there and cast at least 1 bolt to you.If so when y charge remember face the caster after the charge and cast shield relect. That will earn y some seconds of threat on caster.Tank pack.If he changes target charge back at him( if charge is not on cooldown). If shield reflect doesnt work change stance to berzek and intercept(charge is on cooldown)him.
If Dps is good they will lower their dps in order to....

... oh hell how can dps be good??? The mistake has been made from line 1: How can the non skull flee??? Not acceptable scenario. If or when that happends make sure to advise ppl about the kill order.

About your question ther is no safe way to target 1 mob when ther is chaos all around y, unless y leave him space to distinguish himself from other mobs -safelly select clicking on him and then charge.

B>If the target is skull: Then y might consider working on your tanking abilities ,gear ,moves ,threat rotation...if the scull flees its poor tanking on y :((

C>The mob left cause dps was dps-ing from 1st second of fight: Remind them that there is one thing called threat and y need to establish that before they dps.

D>The dps is 2+ lvl 's higher than you. Advise to lower their dps.

With the new glyphs and the change to thunderclap, you shouldnt be loosing aggro. I would say your group isnt giving you enough time to gain threat before aoe'ing.

What i do, charge, ss the skull while waiting for them all to get on me. Thunderclap, then back up so they are all in front of me, then shockwave, demo shout, and start in on the skull again, using thunder clap every time it is up. I have been aoe tanking heroics this way, and i very rarely loose mobs unless my lock starts rain of fire too early. I tell my groups to wait till i get two thunderclaps off before they aoe.

Unfortunately, you can guarantee that it will happen in pretty much any PuG, whether it be the fact that they are not giving you enough time to get agro on the mobs or the single-target DPSers are not focusing fire on your target. The sad truth is that the majority of PuGs that you will be in will not want to cooperate with one another which makes your job as a tank that much harder.

A mouseover macro really helps in this situation, as some have already mentioned. I use a mouseover for Taunt, Shield Slam, and Shield Bash. I generally start a multi-mob pull with charge (if I can, if not, a /throw, and the LOS them into a safe place), then thunderclap immediately. If you have Improved Thunder Clap and Incite, this should hold on to the mobs for at least a few seconds. After that, I can generally use the standard tanking rotation, along with spamming Thunderclap and occasionally Cleaving when TC is on cooldown, to maintain control of my targets.

Sometimes though, the mouseover macro is just not enough (perhaps you moused over the wrong mob?). This is where a good intervene macro can come in. Look on Wowwiki for Intervene macros that allow you to maintain focus on the fleeing enemy target. I actually have a macro right now that first will charge the mob (if it is not on cooldown) and if not, will attempt to intervene if possible. You don't necessarily have to set it up this way, but it works well for me.

Again, it still boils down to whether or not your group is focusing fire and giving you just a few seconds to get initial agro on the mobs. If they won't let you do this, then I would tell them to either listen up or find another tank.

pull 1, > shockwave > TC then TC whenever its up (as long as there are more than 2 mobs) is enough threat 99% of the time.

Some suggestions,
1: mark the first kill. Usually by the time the first mob is down you have 2-3 TCs down and maybe another shockwave ready.

2: Spam cleave. you shouldnt be having rage issues like in tBC. use berserker rage constantly to get free rage, especially at the start of fights, then spam cleave while rotating through mobs.

3: dont stick to the main target. At the start of a fight if you use shield block -> shield slam that is usually enough threat to hold that mob as you land a devestate or two on the side mobs.

pug? lol

Im not stupid enough to try to pug heroics lol, guild only :P

As for the mouseover macro, i dont use it since the changes, i just dont feel the need to, the glyph of sunder armor essentially does the same thing.

Intervene macro? thats the first spot on my hotbar lol, love that thing.
