This is what I'll be using @80. Starting with Unholy first of course. @ 60 I was taking 2-4 yellow mobs with no problems or 2 orange mobs no problems. Just a couple of corpse dusts and maybe a potion if I was at 50%ish life when I started fighting. I havent sat down to rest since the instance when I got the Noth special brews.

Don't take Vendetta or Impurity, both suck donkey balls.
