I am blood spec'd, but skipped Mark of Blood. I have no issue taking it, but do not see the need. I notice though that I seem to be the only one that did. Am I off course by that much?

mark of blood on a boss = helps your groups healer
mark of blood on a mob you arent currently dpsing, but you pulled = some heals for mis-pulls
mark of blood on a hunter pet/rogue/anything that dual wields = free heals in pvp
mark of blood on a rogue, on your 2v2 arena teams healing partner = free heals for your healer... keep 'em up!
its got its uses, and its only 1 talent point
i cant think of a reason not to take it

mark of blood has helped me so many times soloing stuff and in pvp its actually pretty unreal. its only a single blood rune, and combined with vampiric blood, rune tap and death strike, amounts to a lot of survivability.
