Mind If I asked whats the stats of full epic healer ,with Kara and Badge gear, should be?
Our healer is this: http://eu.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Dragonblight&n=Savannah

I ve run Nexus with a group and healer was complaining about mana running--> 0 while anomalus was at 75%health.

We died like zilion times there and still failed

I did my part as a tank there killing Rifts and switching back at anomalus guiding others to do the same, DPS was superb... ( hunter ,Warlock, dsc priest)

I ve completed the instace so far only with Druid and pally as healers. Whats the story ?????Is the healer above good in gear or is it the playstyle thats wrong??

He's not doing too bad on gear. Some items like his mace could have been upgraded with kara drops or badges. He could add another 100 points to his mana regen, as well as getting a little more stamina and mana to start with.

However, that's not the point. Even with slightly better stats, he is still going to run out of mana.

First problem, he didn't take Meditation. I know he likes the cool new Guardian Spirit at the end of the Holy tree, but honestly, maxing Meditation for mana regen is a necessity. Get the end holy talent later.

Blizz has made some other big changes. One of the biggest for a mana sucking healer is the loss of chain potting. He needs to learn to conserve more, and stay out of the 5 second rule more when possible. He should make use of his mana fiend, his one pot, and also Hymn of Hope when it is up (this is new, so he needs to start using it).

I hope that gives you something to go on. In this case, simply adding a few stats isn't going to do it. Besides, he should just start leveling now in Northrend for his gear upgrades.

Yep.

Other than that, I might have chosen to gem/enchant for spirit a bit more, but at this point that doesn't matter, he'll be replacing that gear. The addition of Meditation to his build would make a huge difference.

Aye, his spec (and mainly Meditation) is his big problem. I've been running as 10/51/0 for a bit and mana is already my main issue. I can heal trough instances, but I can barely make some bosses. Guardian Spirit without Meditation isn't really an option. While GS is a very nice talent, you don't want it 'till 80 in a real healer build.

Another note besides what everone else mentioned about meditation.

Could be a problem with the rest of the group as well. Going completely OOM at 75% on Anomalus is pretty insane. There isn't much to that fight as a healer, toss out an AoE heal once or twice while rifts are out, then it's pretty tank and spank when they aren't out.

I would like to know how the rest of the group was fairing. I mean were they killing the rifts fast? Were the Wraiths being killed or ignored?

I had a group where we died 3 times because the wraiths were being ignored once the rift was killed and because of the added damage I couldn't keep up with the heals. Then the next run they killed the wraiths and I finished the fight with near 50% mana, I even had time to use Hymn of hope for the full 8 seconds to help the paladin and mage get a little extra mana back.

The amount of healing needed in that fight is really dependent on how fast you kill the rifts and taking out those wraiths, it could be one of the easiest fights in WoW or one of the hardest. So how did the rest of your party handle the fight?
