I can't figure out which FU ability to use when, well more specifically when to use Obliterate over Scourge Strike.
The FU abilities are the ones that use a frost and unholy rune. Death strike is another FU ability. It's easy enough to realize when the heal is more beneficial, but what about Obliterate over Scourge Strike? When would one choose that?

Blood's FU ability is Obliterate
Frost's FU ability is Howling Blast and Obliterate (HB has a cooldown and does less single-target)
Unholy's FU ability is scourge strike
Scourge strike is a replacement for obliterate, unholy does not use obliterate.
Death strike is your self heal, use it when you need health, don't use it when you don't.
