is it an extra hit, or is it just truncating the current swing timer?
say you have a 3.6 speed 2H, and your hamstring procs sword spec 1.7 secs into your curre8nt swing.
do you get autoattacks at 1.7, 3.6, 7.2, 10.8?
do you get autoattacks at 1.7, 5.3, 8.9, 12.2?

If I'm correct, hamstiring does not proc swordspec anymore. They removed the damage from hamstring due to spamstring procing sword and mace spec. But say you hit a MS 1.7 sec into a swing, swordspec would proc instantly and it would not reset your timer. As far as I've noticed.
