If you have a 55 alli toon. Are you able to make a horde DK or do you have to have a horde toon to 55. Was curious. Thinking of making an orc DK on another server. They just look sooooo mean lol

So long as you are on a PvE or RP server you can most certainly create a Horde if your Level 55 is an Alli.

Didn't see the last bit of your question, you can only create a Death Knight on the same server as your level 55+.
