What lvl for shaman pvp?Follow

Hi guys i took a break from my hunter and have made an enhancement sham hes level 29 now, I must say he is utterly useless in pvp. Half assed heals and sub par melee, am I in the wrong bracket does the Sham shine in pvp later on cause this is ridiculous. With my hunter i can kick my fair share of tuckas , but this sham is just unh useless. Can anyone tell me how i can better pvp in this bracket i use earth shock , i drop my flametongue totem, stone skin and mana totems, i use my mana shield and have the flame (forgot the name shaman enchant ) on my weapon, i also bought the longer flame shock glyph which im going to change out for the earth shock glyph. What am i doing wrong earth shock and flame shock dont really do much damage and my melee is slow i have a 2 handed mace. Anyways please help or suggest what lvl i should come back to make this enjoyable.

Ok ill go back again at 49 cause this is sad, i hope at 49 i can melee, as thats what i chose the class and tree for. To bad the shamans totems arent necklace charms that can only be dispelled , oh well work with whet u got :). So at 49 ill go back, lol last night i was following a pally around just healing him as i gave up on fighting, also some horde pally laffed at me when i tried to fight him , i was very ... unimpressive :(. Anyway have any more pvp tips i can use or if there is a pvp faq i can read for this class as it real appeals to me. PS im shocked that the shams have no way to break a stun.

Thats what I'm going to do with my enhance shammy is get him to 49 then drop him in Arathi BG with the best gear/weapons and try and dominate. I think I'm going to do this with my rogue, also, but at 29, cause he is a BE and I would rather level an undead rogue.
