NEED HELP 19 TWINK PALYFollow

okay i want a good talent build for a 19 paly twink im tired of all the little noobs who are twink rogues a good paly will shut down a rogue no problem so help me with a good talent build is prot better then ret?

I am not really into the pvp business but i thought Blizz planned to give now experience in battlegrounds? Thus making the whole "uuh i got a level 19 twink for battlegrounds" impossible. (because the level 19 will be level 20 after a few battlegrounds)
