Think about it. Escape Artist now has a 1.75 min cooldown. With the new Toughness, and include the Meta gem, you can reach 55% snare reduction. Add on those nifty nitrous boosts to your boots as an Engineer and can you say, "DK got GAME?"
As far as I'm concerned, people should play what they like, rather than basing their choice on some perceived "boost" due to racials. Racials can be nerfed (and will be if it turns out that they make a class OP). It's pretty stupid to say "this is the 'race of the month', and everyone should jump on the bandwagon". It will be a different flavor next month.

it aint no anti-shell zone.... but i got more silences that dont have resource requirements then needed

With all that you still think trolls are better than gnomes?
Who's side are you on? Besides trolls are butt-ugly and gnomes just suck.
Only reason troll woudl be greater is because horde is (IMO) better to play. I know the alliance starter area in northrend is a madhouse of ganking and fighting for mobs. I was able to actually quest last night on my horde with little to no problems.

Yea I dont get it. Your title says "Trolls > Gnome" meaning trolls are greater then gnomes. Yet you posted all the positives of a gnome.
I'm thinking of making a BE Unholy DK. I want one bad so I can be the ultimate anti-caster, but it just seems to... cliche.

Stupid reason. Here's why: You complain that Northrend is a madhouse, but Death Knights start at 55. They are what? 58? when they finish the initial quest line. You won't have to worry about getting a DK to Northrend for a while, and by that time the madness will have died down. Stop being stupid, or come up with better reasons.

You really want to end up sub-defaulted, don't you? The reasoning is the same for a gnome as it is for a troll. You're trying to make gnome into "the race of the month", and it isn't. Just because you enjoy playing a gnome does not mean that everyone should. Do you really want to be a monument to stupidity, like fronglo?
