I missed Redemption quest when I powerleveled, is there any way to get the quest again?? Trainer didn't show it even with low level quests enabled

IIRC, There is a person in silvermoon near the trainers that is the actual quest giver on the horde side. I imagine its the same on alliance side, so look for someone with a quest that is near the pally trainers in the main cities.
Just research the quest. It is never not available unless you have completed it. There are two simultaneous quest lines that start it and merge. It is not started at the trainer.
*Edit It is now trainable at the Paladin trainer. No longer quested right? Probably have to drop the gold to learn the riding skill now tho.
