pvp or pve arms?

i'm going to guess pve-levelling arms for now.

Really read about talents and the like before doing this, but im picking only pve centric talents and staying away from anything pvp related.

Things you definitely want: Cruelty (5% crit in fury), armed to the teeth (if you are gearing in plate, also in fury), impale + deep wounds + trauma, improved overpower + taste for blood + unrelenting assault + improved rend (all work together, rend and unrelenting assault optional), improved slam (mandatory), blood frenzy, wrecking crew, some weapon specialization (preferably axe).

After that you pick whats best for you. improved rend is a very optional talent that is only getting better now thanks to taste for blood. For soloing i find taste for blood and the overpower combo to be ridiculously efficient and high dps. mortal strike is very damage inefficient compared to 2/2 improved slam spam. sudden death is optional but i find it more of a pvp talent. bladestorm also optional, but ive found it good for aoe situations and a very cheap source of damage when its up. blood frenzy has 6% haste which makes it awesome, and the buff is amazing for raids, although several classes offer that debuff as well now. sweeping strikes is a very very good talent to have, especially in instances. 2h weapon spec is useful for pve, but if you want to pvp, take less points in this compared to other talents, similarly with tactical mastery, improved charge, and iron will, you need to pick pve or pvp really. (improved charge kinda is more of a pvp talent).

you fight in battle stance, keep up rend, spam slam, and use OP whenever its up.
mess around a bit and read a bunch of stuff online though, dont take my word as the best as its not, i just pointed out key talents for a pve/levelling only build.
