i was mutilate, it was the 1st spec i tried after i got bored.
It's also called football, which is great. Cricket it yes boring, ballet i would never know, cant say iv watched it, british drama doesnt exist, its called crap, Tabletop gaming is so so.
no matter what spec i tried i see it taking out one spam move and replacing it with another, then hitting a finisher.
i mean no matter what was i looked at it, thats all i see.
I'm so upset, cos i loved my lil rogue.
I'm assuming you're talking from a raiding perspective here, as spamming one move is not practical in any other circumstance because the fights just don't lend themselves to "Stand and Spam" - questing, the fights are too quick, and PvP is a madhouse that I avoid at all costs, and spamming a single ability there will get you killed.
So, with that in mind, I challenge you to track down a class that does NOT involve spamming 1 or 2 abilities in a raiding environment. When it comes down to the core, each class has it's highest one or two damage dealing abilities that will be the staple for raiding DPS ... and you'll spam those abilities over and over again (some classes you only spam ONE ability). Ultimately, that makes not only Rogues boring, but any other class as well (and by extension, that makes raiding boring as well ... but I won't go there, as that's a whole other argument).
If you don't like the class (which is simply what I see here, despite your "I love my rogue" assertions), then go and play something else ... every class has it's own unique play style, and you're bound to find something that you don't find boring in one or other setting. The differences at the core are getting smaller and smaller, but they're still differences.
Now, you've said Rogues and 'locks are boring, and it appears you've been saying the same as Shammies. Go and try the fury warrior, but if you don't like spamming abilities, then you're going to find spamming Bloodthirst and Whirlwind over and over again just as boring. Ultimately, if you can't find a class that you don't think is boring, then clearly, it's time to quit and go and play Soccer (or Football, or the "game of kings", or whatever you want to call it).
Then again, you may just be one of those who find your excitement and drive from leveling (given your comments about getting to level 70 and losing interest), so why force yourself into something you don't want to do ... roll something else, get one of each class to 70, then do it again on the other faction (you'll be surprised what a difference it is doing the areas from the opposing faction)
