Coming from playing a hunter, I'm well versed in the knowledge you can find on the EJ website (<3 cheeky's spreadsheet). As such, I expected to find a wealth of information for death knights.

DPS talent tool

Basically the tool lets you insert different specs and compare the dps, factoring in raid buffs and possibly the use of your ghoul. I don't think the actual NUMBERS are useful, because I'm sure they take into account perfect rotation, whereas you have deal with player skill, lag, and a host of other things. However it does provide a baseline comparison between different possible specs. If player skill, lag, gear, and all other variables are exactly the same, would you do more dps as blood, frost, DW frost, unholy, hybrid, etc. If you can ignore the numbers, you can learn a lot just comparing the results to each other.
Another thing I learned from the main EJ thread was that apparently death coil does not take into effect your full crit, as it does not incorporate crit from your agility (makes sense). That plus the reduced AP coefficient told me that even with all the UB nerfs, UB is still a better use for your RP as unholy spec, rather than just dumping it all with DC. That's one thing I know *I* had wrong and I learned from reading the thread, so no telling what you could learn.
