More useful of a talent than I once thought.
Being able to spam revenge while tanking and not to mention while dueling a rogue makes this talent extremely useful.

back before this patch where they shot deep wounds in the face with a cannon, i remember getting deep wounds stacked so high that it was ticking for well over 1500, all with a 1.5s sword and judicious use of revenge.
my tank rotation as arms consists of spamming revenge whenever its up, with the odd sunder to keep a 5 stack going and shield slams whenever shield block is up (sometimes MS if i have a weird streak where i dont get any revenges).

Speaking of deep wounds this patch I did a kara badge farm last night and while tanking the blue beam I got a max of 5800+ deep wounds ticks. Course this could be normal for blue beam tanking. Normally we put a caster in that beam.
before prot got overhauled this was the highest tps spec in beta. this is still great single target tps, its very efficient especially with glyph of revenge.
